One of Boise’s most successful residential agents, Liz O’Gara has excelled as a sales marketing specialist at some of Boise’s most acclaimed high-end projects, including The Afton, a 63 unit, urban condominium project located in Downtown Boise and Park Place at Barber Station, a luxury townhouse project located on the river in Southeast Boise. She has earned Graduate Real Estate Institute designation and is currently working on her CCIM designation to better serve her investor clients.
Liz approaches each transaction with a mindset to create the best outcomes and positive results for her clients. She is as comfortable discussing an investment analysis with an investor client as she is explaining contract terms to a first-time buyer. Liz is an expert negotiator and problem solver. Her hard-working ethos means that she is engaged in all aspects of the transaction.
Liz has lived in Boise since 1992 and has extensive knowledge of the Treasure Valley market. She began her pursuit of real estate and sales in college and also accumulated valuable experience as a property manager for multi-family projects. After pausing to enjoy her family and raise her three children in Boise, Liz returned to real estate in 2015 and has quickly developed into a top-producing agent, recognized by clients and peers alike, as an energetic, accomplished professional.
Liz loves living in the “The City of Trees” with close proximity to the Boise foothills, river and vibrant downtown. Her hobbies include hiking with her pup Winston, water skiing in the summer and snow skiing in the winter.
