David began his career in real estate after having spent 25 years in the technology industry as a licensing attorney and business executive in Silicon Valley and Seattle. He has also been an early-stage technology investor and entrepreneur with startups and rapid-growth companies. As someone who has relocated to Idaho but who grew up on the East Coast, he has a unique perspective on the Idaho lifestyle and its many strengths. He focuses on helping buyers to understand the local areas and neighborhoods and to find properties that meet their needs and desires.

An avid “foodie”, David is also a dual citizen of Italy and has traveled extensively across the country. Those travels have taken him to a sheep farm that produces the best pecorino cheese; a grappa distillery in Friuli, the most famous butcher in Tuscany, and a working terrace farm on the Amalfi Coast. He and his family have lived in Boise’s historic North End for the last 14 years.

Julie Oliver began her career in real estate over 20 years ago. As a licensed real estate agent she has worked as a relocation and residential resale specialist and an on-site agent. She specializes in builder/developer representation with an emphasis on multi-family new construction where she provides comprehensive sales strategy consulting and database management.

Julie has also developed a special focus on residential investment properties helping her clients grow their personal wealth through real estate ownership.
