We needed to move in a short time, and I called Julie on the recommendation of a good friend. She and Liz came through like champs. They were up front about the realities of the sale, and talked through what we could expect. When we were out of town and the inside needed to be painted, they handled the entire operation. Their ability to address every little bump in a timely way really was the success story of the sale.The staging was exquisite. The house was on the market less than two weeks before we got a righteous offer. Bailey, the office help, had all the documents up for review before the ink was dry.
